Sure Diagnostics (LLC) is a leading and standard medical diagnostic business that is located in Lagos, Nigeria oﬀering major diagnostic services such as clinical pathology, haematology, ultrasound, CT scan, x-ray services, microbiology, and biochemistry; and additional services such as consultancy and advisory services as well as medical diagnostic support services.

Our goal is to ensure that we serve our clients with testing that is not only fast and accurate but personalized as well and also reasonably priced. We intend to ensure that we not only meet but exceed the expectation of our customers and become the preferred diagnostics centre here in Nigeria and beyond. To achieve this, we go the extra mile to invest in only the best equipment as well as employees to ensure that we keep up to our standard.

Our History

2010:
Sure Diagnostics was registered with CAC Abuja, Nigeria with registration number 918181 I

2012:
On January 2nd 2012, Sure Diagnostics started operations at 21 Isiaka Nda Street, Ilasa, Lagos, Nigeria oﬀering just basic medical laboratory services. On March 1st 2012, We expanded our services to cover Radiology and other more advanced laboratory services at Ilasa Centre, Lagos, Nigeria

2014:
In September 2014, Sure Diagnostics 2nd outlet was opened at Ayantuga area of Mushin, Lagos Nigeria in partnership with Odi Olowo LCDA Lagos State .

2016:
In January 2016 we started a complete upgrade of our medical diagnostic technologies to meet up with the current trend. Our X-ray unit was digitalized and most of our laboratory equipment were replaced with automated ones.

2019:
We opened another service centre at Palm Avenue, Mushin, Lagos State in November 2019.

2021:
In January 2021, we signed an MOU with Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife to provide radiology diagnostic support for their outlet at Ilesa, Osun State, Nigeria in a Public-Private Partnership venture
